公司具有五十多年的铸锻件生产历史，主要致力于开发、制造、销售水泥建材机械、陶瓷机械、桥梁建造、发电和有色、冶金、矿山等行业的铸锻件，拥有年生产异形铸钢件3.6万吨、异形铸铁件1.2万吨、异形锻件4000吨、有色金属铸件500吨的生产能力。

Heng Yang Heavy Foundry and Forging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “Company “for short ) is an independent impersonal entity, a subsidiary of Sinosteel Heng Yang Machinery Co., Ltd. The company has enjoyed priority in geography and transportation, located in Hengyang City, Hunan Province, sitting on the bank of Xiang Jiang River, close to the No. 107 National Highway and the two free ways respectively from Beijing to Zhuhai and from Hengyang to Kunming, and at the junction of the two railways, one from Beijing to Guangzhou and the other from Hunan to Guangxi. The company is staffed more than 1000 people and has become the largest foundry in the production capacity of steel castings in the central south area, and is the membership unit of the first group members when the China Foundry Association was established.
With a history of more than 50 years in the production of steel castings and forgings, the company has focused its attention on the development, manufacture and sale of the castings and forgings for the machineries widely used in the nonferrous industry, metallurgical and mining industries, and other industries such as building material, cement, power generation, ceramic and bridge building, with an annual productive capacity of 36000 tons of non-standard steel castings, 12000 tons of non-standard iron castings, 4000 tons of non-standard forgings and 500 tons of nonferrous metals casting.
The company has possessed modernized management and complete quality assurance system, powerful technical force and advanced process (The most advanced Procast Emulating Software Design Process during Casting is used). The company has been certified ISO 9001 by China United Certification Center, and can produce all kinds of castings and forgings according to ASTM, JIS, DIN and BS standards.

The technical force has become the first five of the strongest steel casting industries at home. In order to realize a new rapid development, in May, 2007, Sinosteel Group Corporation decided to put great investment to establish a first class and very modern professional foundry in the garden industrial area in the suburb of Hengyang City. Then, the output will reach 100000 tons of the non-standard castings, 400 ton of molten steel at one tap, and the max. Unit weight of a single casting will be more than 200 tons.
